positive feelngs

Four days have passed and I have been on the diet and abstained from eating Junk and no alcohol. Four/five pounds lighter and running ok. The diet will be put on hold Xmas day and boxing day. Runnng in the morning and this will tell me how far I have come in less than a week.

from the pits.............

You know that you need to change, you know where you want to be, simple. The reality is much more difficult, there's always something to get over, xmas, birthday's, parties etc. This time of year is particularly difficult.
Tonight's run was curtailed, unable to run a mere three miles. This I believe is solely due to diet. No more crap this is how it's got to be.
